Our community manager is the good soul of the house and looks after the numerous community events, helps you with questions and problems concerning your apartment and much more - in short, our multi-talent.

Facility Manager
Your Facility Manager Markus is responsible for building services like heating, water, electricity, door systems and more. During the opening hours he will be in the facility and will be there for you.
If you need help or if you have any concerns, just come over to the i Live-Office, call him or text him via the i Live-App. He will be happy to help you.

We celebrate life in all its facets and phases. Our Community Manager regularly organizes great events for all the residents. For example, welcoming new tenants with a Welcome Party, sharing the thrills of the Super Bowl or enjoying Chrismas time with a nice Christmas Party!

No time for cleaning? How about having your apartment cleaned by our cleaning service.
Simply announce the cleaning via i Live-app or directly tell our community manager, and we will arrange an appointment with our cleaning service.

In the common room you can cook together, organize movie nights or if you like it more sporty, you can compete with others at billiards.
